We accept your returns/exchanges within 14 days from you receiving your order. We cover all returns/exchanges from Denmark. Outside Denmark we will charge 10€ for the return label. You don’t have to do anything, we will just charge the 10€ when we do the refund.
Please make sure not to remove the hangtags if you wish to return/exchange.
FOR RETURN PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS
Pack the products you wish to return/exchange. You can easily reuse the box the items were sent in for the return.
Fill out the return/exchange note (added in your package) and include it in the shipment. It is important that the return/exchange note is enclosed in for us to identify and process your refund/return correctly.
Put on the shipping label we send you outside the package you send back to us.
..and that’s it. Now you just have to send the package back to us.
We aim to process your refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned package. The amount will be refunded to the credit card of which the items were purchased.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You can always exchange a style to a new size (if we have it in stock). Fill out the return note/paper we send you in the package
All our prices on the online-shop are inclusive 25% Danish VAT. The payment will be done via PayPal. and by credit cards: Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard, American Express. In case of delivery outside EU the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information. We do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment.
